In water treatment engineering, the chemical dosing tank is primarily used for the mixing, dissolving, and storage of various chemicals with the aid of a mixer. The dosing tank then delivers the chemical solution to each injection point via a metering pump or an ejector. Dosing tanks come in square and cylindrical shapes and are made of polyethylene (PE) through a one-time rotomolding process. The top part is pre-designed with mounting positions for metering pumps and mixers, integrating the mixer, dosing tank, and metering pump into one unit for ease of use. Its vertical dosing mixer operates on the principle of cycloidal gear and planetary transmission, representing one of the most advanced transmission tools domestically. It features high torque, transmission efficiency, and power, along with a long service life, low cost, and maintenance-free operation without the need for lubrication. It is the ideal supporting product for environmental dosing systems. However, the pre-set mounting positions for metering pumps and mixers in the dosing tank are not universally compatible with all brands and models. Specific installation may require adjustments by the customer based on actual conditions.
